Mike Flaherty

President & CEO

Mike is President and owner of Great Falls Paper & Supply Company. Founded in 1913, he is a third generation Montana business owner.

A graduate of the University of Montana, Leadership Great Falls, National Leadership Training and the Volunteer Management Training Program for the Employer Support for the Guard and Reserve. In 2009 he was a participant in The National Security Forum at Air War College.

He was appointed in 2007-2013 by the Secretary of Defense as State Chair for the Montana Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve. Also, Mike is the current Training and Public Affairs Director and Bosslift Coordinator for Montana Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve. He was appointed in 2017 to Selective Service System for the State of Montana.

In 2012-2020, 2023 Mike was appointed as an Executive Vice-President/Chairman on the Jan/San Committee with The United Group, a national buying group.

Joe Sullivan

Federal Government Program Director

Great Falls has drastically expanded and enhanced its presence in the Government Marketplace and Joe has been instrumental in making our GSA contract to become a model of compliance and professionalism.

Joe has used his 20 years of Government business experience to restructure and expand the Great Falls Paper GSA Contract to have an extensive category mix and wide breadth of products creating a sole-source provider solution for virtually any Federal Government Agency.

Joe and the team have created an extensive market opportunity for our manufacturer partners and assisted in developing a large range of manufacturer direct relationships that provide our customers with the best possible value in a supplier.    

Thomas A Dunlap

CFO/Operations manager

Tom has spent over thirty years in corporate finance with both private and public companies.  He has an extensive background in process improvement, modelling, cost control and debt and equity financings. In addition to his achieving his MBA and PHD in Corporate Security, Tom has received training in Strategic Supply Chain Management Fundamentals.

Tom enjoys working with the GFP team to focus on business drivers and eliminate tasks that do not create value for our customers. His knowledge and expertise has assisted Great Falls in creating an efficient and effective system the provide extreme value to our customers and supply partners.
