THIS UNIT HAS BI-LEVEL BOWLS TO MEET ADA REQUIREMENTS WITH ONE FOUNTAIN BOWL MOUNTED ON THE PEDESTAL AND ONE FOUNTAIN BOWL MOUNTED ON AN ARM. THE PEDESTAL ARM AND PEDESTAL ARE HEAVY DUTY IRON FINISHED WITH A HEAVY GRADE OF OIL-BASED BLACK ENAMEL. ACCESS COVERS ARE SECURED WITH VANDAL RESISTANT STAINLESS STEEL SCREWS.
